Soy sauce Workshop

Hier lernen wir verschiedene Arten von Sojasossen kennen und machen gemeinsam Sojasosse. Anschliessend probieren wir Mieko’s selbstgemachte Sojasosse und handgemachte Onigiris (japanische Reisbällchen)!

We learn different types of soy sauce and make soy sauce together. Then we try Mieko's homemade soy sauce and handmade onigiris (japanese rice balls)!

Der Workshop wird von Mieko durchgeführt. Sie ist eine in Deutschland wohnhafte japanische Filmemacherin und (Überlebens) Künstlerin. Seit 2019 gibt sie Miso- und Sojasossen-Workshops in der Schweiz und Deutschland und bietet selbstgemachte originelle Misos. In ihrem Instagram “kinstakinsta” könnt ihr ihre Fermentationskunst erfahren.

The workshop is carried out by Mieko. She is a Japanese filmmaker and (survival) artist living in Germany. Since 2019 she has been giving miso and soy sauce workshops in Switzerland and Germany and offers homemade, original misos.
